🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sushi-making role or equivalent culinary experience.
• Proficient in using sushi-making tools and equipment, such as bamboo mats, knives, and fish knives.
• Familiarity with Japanese culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
