As a Construction Quality Control Specialist (QC Inspector) at Vibe Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of construction work, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve any quality issues promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Perform quality control tests and inspections using specialized tools and equipment such as concrete testing machines, moisture meters, and leveling devices.
• Document and report on inspection findings, including any non-conformities or defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to address quality issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain high standards of quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or inspection in the construction industry.
• Certification in Quality Control or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to different construction sites.
