As an Accounting & Tax Officer, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, working closely with our finance team to implement new accounting systems and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial records, while also providing valuable insights to support our financial decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement and maintain accounting systems using SAP and QuickBooks
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and prepare tax filings
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Provide financial support to the management team
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax
• Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including SAP and QuickBooks
• Certification in CPA or CMA is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
