Maritime Safety Analyst

PT Pelayaran Nusantara is seeking a Maritime Safety Analyst to join our team in Pangkalpinang. In this critical role, you will be responsible for analyzing maritime risks, implementing safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with international and local regulations. As a Maritime Safety Analyst at PT Pelayaran Nusantara, you will work closely with our fleet operations, engineering, and compliance teams to develop and maintain comprehensive safety management systems. You will use advanced tools like ECDIS, VTS, and ISM to monitor and mitigate risks, ensuring our vessels operate safely and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for maritime operations.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with international regulations (ISM, SOLAS, etc.).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns.
• Analyze incident reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Train crew on safety procedures and best practices.
• Utilize ECDIS and VTS systems to track vessel movements and ensure safe navigation.
• Prepare and present safety reports to management and regulatory authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Safety, Marine Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maritime safety or a related role.
• Certification in ISM, ISPS, or other relevant maritime safety standards.
• Strong knowledge of ECDIS, VTS, and other maritime navigation and safety systems.
• Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with maritime regulations and compliance requirements.
