📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the livestock farm, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
• Monitor and maintain the health and welfare of livestock, implementing preventive and corrective measures as needed.
• Develop and implement feeding, breeding, and health management programs to optimize livestock productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with biosecurity and animal welfare regulations.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and other stakeholders to address health issues and implement disease control measures.
• Manage farm resources efficiently, including feed, water, and equipment, to ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of livestock health, performance, and management activities.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in livestock management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in livestock farming or a related role.
• Proven experience in managing livestock operations, including health, breeding, and feeding programs.
• Strong knowledge of biosecurity and animal welfare regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with farmers, veterinarians, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using farm management software and tools such as FarmLogs, AgriWeb, or similar.
• Valid certification in livestock management or a related field is a plus.
