📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and brew a variety of coffee beverages using the La Marzocco Linea espresso machine and other brewing equipment.
• Grind coffee beans using the Breville Conical Burr Grinder to ensure optimal extraction.
• Maintain and clean all coffee equipment to ensure peak performance.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking coffee supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall coffee-making process.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Proficiency in using espresso machines and grinders, specifically the La Marzocco Linea and Breville Conical Burr Grinder.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with coffee beans, roasting profiles, and flavor notes.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional beverage experiences.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
