📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring clarity and engagement.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to ensure they can apply what they've learned in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Training Officer or similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
