📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards,Developing and implementing compliance programs and procedures,Providing guidance and support to clients on compliance-related matters,Monitoring and reporting on compliance performance and trends,Collaborating with legal and regulatory experts to stay up-to-date on changes in regulations,Training and mentoring staff on compliance-related matters,Ensuring that all documentation and records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date,Resolving any compliance-related issues or concerns that arise

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance-related role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry,In-depth knowledge of Indonesian regulations and standards related to strata property management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, staff, and external stakeholders,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
