📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage accounting functions for business transition and divestiture activities.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with local and international accounting standards.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making processes.,Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of transition and divestiture activities.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to support business objectives.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage and mentor junior accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including IFRS and GAAP.,Proven experience in managing financial processes for business transition and divestiture activities.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Experience with financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
