📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing campaigns.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the telecommunications or IT industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
