📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise the planning, design, and construction of infrastructure and roadway projects.,Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare detailed project proposals, including cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and government agencies to ensure project success.,Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals and deadlines.,Ensure all projects adhere to environmental and sustainability standards.,Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and standards.,Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with infrastructure and roadway projects is a plus.,Valid professional engineer license (PE) is a plus.
