Sehati Putri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our growing business.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety standards.,Develop and implement menus that align with the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they are trained and motivated to deliver excellent service.,Monitor food costs and inventory to ensure cost efficiency and availability of ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper waste disposal and equipment maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.,Ability to travel to the restaurant location as needed for training and supervision.
