We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Department Head to join our team at Resto Yoga Spareparts in Ubud. This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere, but with the expectation to be based in or near Ubud. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in department management and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers a competitive salary package of Rp 14.000.000 – Rp 22.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support of company goals.,Monitor departmental budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial targets.,Identify and address operational issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant improvements into departmental operations.,Participate in company meetings and decision-making processes, contributing to overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in department management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and achieving operational goals.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate employees.,Proficiency in using office software and project management tools.,Understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.,Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
