In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective training delivery.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.,Maintain training records and provide reports on training activities.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee knowledge and skills.,Collaborate with HR to align training programs with organizational goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to travel within Sulawesi Selatan as needed.
