📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the structural design and integrity of coffee processing facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.
• Conduct structural analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to integrate structural design with overall project goals.
• Perform site inspections and ensure construction quality control.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in structural engineering and industry trends.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to management and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on building construction.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, IBC, ASCE).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional certification (e.g., PE, SECB) is a plus.
