📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and promptly.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Train and develop new cashier staff to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide regular reports on cashier operations and customer feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Proven leadership and management experience.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
