📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee staff performance and ensure high levels of customer service.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.,Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimal.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote store events and special offers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software.,Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry regulations and best practices.
