📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.,Drive sales and revenue growth through effective client engagement and relationship management.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
