📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company hires the best talent.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
