📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and supervising a team of employees.,Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient workflow.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of team training programs.,Support the Team Leader in managing team budgets and resources.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.,Maintain a positive and productive team environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of human resources management and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
