This role is crucial in supporting the Learning and Development team to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for continuous learning and development, and a commitment to fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure the successful delivery of training sessions.,Support the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.,Assist in the development and implementation of employee development plans.,Support the organization of internal and external training events and workshops.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Learning and Development or Human Resources role.,Strong knowledge of learning and development theories and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
