📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.,Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, performance monitoring, and quality control.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Manage and optimize operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.,Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.,Conduct regular operational audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational best practices and industry standards.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with operational software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
