📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the sales and marketing activities in the assigned region.

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets.

Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team, providing guidance and support.

Monitor market trends and competition, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales and marketing activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Participate in regional meetings and events to promote our products and services.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Willingness to travel for business purposes.
