In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. You will work closely with managers and employees to identify training needs and design effective training solutions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to create a culture of continuous learning and development.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Work with the HR team to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees at all levels.,Proficient in using learning management systems and other relevant training tools.,Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
