Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and grow client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities and trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Set and achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Report on sales performance and provide regular updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is a plus.
