PT Mandiri Gading is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports,Reconcile bank accounts, payables, and receivables,Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions,Provide support to the accounting team during busy periods,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply),Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle)Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and tax regulationsBasic understanding of financial reporting and analysisAbility to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsFluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken)
