Hotel Maya Sembako is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are always in top condition. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to ensure efficient use and minimize costs.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns with the vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to the manufacturer's recommendations.,Monitor and maintain compliance with all safety regulations and insurance requirements.,Provide regular reports on the status of the fleet and any issues that need to be addressed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that the fleet meets the needs of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
