📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure accurate job postings.,Screen and evaluate job applicants, including conducting initial interviews and assessments.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient completion.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Provide support to the Talent Acquisition Manager in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
