📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by sourcing and negotiating with suppliers.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Coordinate with internal departments to gather and understand purchasing needs.,Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain supplier relationships.,Participate in budgeting and cost analysis activities.,Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
